Alright, let's talk about the gym, shall we? I've been going for a couple of years, and it's done wonders for me. I used to do martial arts back in the day, and that was fab. But listen up, us tech folks need to look after ourselves too, you know.

Why Exercise Matters for Coders

Going to the gym isn't just about lifting weights; it's a proper science. I don't just go to live longer or anything like that. It's more about feeling sharp in the head. It helps me stay focused and keeps my mood up.

Watch Out for Burnout

We're often glued to our screens, right? Bad posture and all. That's a quick way to feel knackered and burnt out. I've seen mates who got so fed up, they quit their jobs.

I Love Walking, Me

What got me into exercise? Walking, that's what. I'm mad about it. Some days, I've done up to 30,000 steps. I've even set up a thing that counts my steps and shows them on my GitHub profile. How about that?
