Ben Bahmani spent eight years as Head of Software Development at Basemap before starting Communere. He'd seen both sides: how hard it is to hire senior engineers in the UK, and how much gets lost when the work is handed to an agency with an account manager in the middle.

So Communere was built the other way round. Every developer is senior by default. Everyone works UK hours, so your standup is their standup. And there's no ticketing system — if something needs resolving, a person on the team resolves it.
