an established UK company needed to build a new, unproven product line but didn't want to commit to hiring — either contractors or permanent staff — before the product had proven it could win customers. They needed the right skills fast, with the option to bring people in-house later once the product gained traction.
built the MVP end to end in 2018 (routing algorithm, basic website), then in 2024 assembled a 5-person team within two weeks to take the product from MVP to market-ready — moving it onto Azure, building a driver companion mobile app, redesigning the interface to a professional standard, and load-testing for production volume. Two developers stayed on afterward as embedded staff alongside the client's own team.
